All Blissful Spirit Candles products are inspected for quality prior to packaging and shipping. At this time we are not offering any refunds/exchanges for products this includes sales items and gift cards. All Sales are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at email@example.com include photos of the damage or issue with your item.
We ship with only the most reliable carriers in the United States. Once the package has left our business, Blissful Spirit Candles cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages, but we still want you to have the best experience possible, so we are here to help!
Please contact the carrier that was used for your order and see if they have any insight on the whereabouts of your package. if you receive a delivery confirmation but your package has not arrived, it could be due to the following reasons.
- Package has been scanned by the carrier but has not actually been delivered yet. This is quite common, especially during busy shipping seasons. Please allow 2-3 days for the package to arrive.
- Incorrect/Incomplete address left at checkout. Please ensure we have the correct address to ship your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
